When tracking your package please look for the status, “Item out for delivery,” indicating that the package has left the sorting facility and is on its way to your location. Please allow the following times for your order:

If you’re tracking your package on the Canada Posts website and it has not updated, it’s most likely due to your package missing a scan, which is fairly common. More often than not, members get their packages on time or a day later.
If you’re tracking your package on the Canada Post website and it looks like it’s headed to the wrong city, it’s most likely due to human error at Canada Post. Human errors happen on occasion as postal codes are often manually entered by the postal office and if they are off by a digit/letter, it can cause a routing error and subsequent delay of 1-2 days.
To change your address, go the the My Account page and you can change your address under Shipping Info.
Usually, we will email you the tracking number prior to the package scan at the post office, but until your package has been scanned in, your tracking information will not be available for tracking on the Canada Post website. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be available.

Unfortunately, yes. In order to keep business running smoothly at Magnolia, we require minimum orders of $50.00 CAD (before tax).

If you use online banking with a Canadian bank or credit union, then sending an Interac E-Transfer takes only a couple of minutes.
Google “your bank name” + Interac e-Transfer and you should easily find instructions on how to send an e-Transfer with your financial institution.
Once you’ve sent the e-Transfer, it can take up to a 2 hours for us to receive an email notification of your payment, depending on the financial institution you choose. The status of your order will be ‘On Hold’ until payment is received.
Once your order has been paid, our team will then begin packaging your order. You will receive an email update when your order moves from “On Hold” to Processing.
Your order will be kept ‘On Hold’ for 48 hours. If your payment is not received within the 48 hour period, your order will be cancelled.
- How does Direct Debit Transfer (DDT) work?
DDT is a secure payment gateway that allows you to complete your purchase online in seconds using your
own online bank service.
- Are my financial details secure?
Yes. Your details are not stored, and they are never shared with the Merchant.
- What do I need to make a payment with DDT?
You will need to have online banking activated for your bank account, and you will need to know your online
banking credentials to login (your username and password).
Additionally, depending on the security that your bank uses, you may also need your mobile phone or a
dongle or other device issued by your bank to complete the transaction.
- How long does it take to make a payment with DDT?
The payment process takes about the same amount of time as a credit card transaction. Additionally, the
Merchant will receive notification of the approved transaction immediately, so there should be no delay in
accessing your purchase.
- What if my bank account does not have enough money in it to cover the transaction?

This is a real time bank payment, which means that your bank will hold the funds for this transaction when

- When will the Merchant know that I have completed the payment process?
The merchant will receive confirmation of the payment in seconds.
- Why can’t I just send the funds manually from my bank account?
There are numerous potential issues with manual payments that make it very difficult for the Merchant to
credit the funds accurately and timely to the Customer’s account.
