Mistakes happen! If you have wrongly ordered a product we will only proceed with a refund as Store Credit if this product is unopened and unused. You can send the product back to our warehouse at your shipping cost. If the product is received and it is opened/used, we are not to proceed with a refund of any kind. You will be sent the product back, again at your shipping cost. ”We will happily accept returned unopened and unused edible products for refunds as store credit within 7 days [business] of the date in which you received your order.
If the product you received is one of the following:
Damaged: we require photo image of product in question. Once proven this product has a fault you can return this product for store credit at our shipping expense.
Wrong product was sent: we will exchange it at our shipping cost. We require product that was sent to be returned, again, at our shipping cost.
